Guest Information

We are pleased to welcome you to Meadow Springs Country Club. Since 1973, we have established a series of customs and norms in order to enhance your experience at the Club. We take pride in making every one of our guests feel like a member during their visit.

In order to best enjoy your experience, we ask that you please observe the following Club policies, with the understanding no dress code can completely cover every situation. Please come attired for the purpose of your attendance. For specific questions please refer to the member who is inviting you to attend. It is their responsibility to ensure the costume and norms are followed.

The dress code is “Country Club Casual” which requires attire to be worn in good taste.  This dress code applies to all members, families and guests using the Club, regardless of age.  Members are expected to police themselves and guests when using the Club.  Guests and members may choose to correct golf course dress code violations by purchasing appropriate clothing at the golf shop rather than leaving the club, which may occur, at the discretion of the staff.

Members wear clean, tailored, respectable clothing within the club house in keeping with the family nature of the club for the event you are attending. Denim and golf attire may be worn inside the clubhouse. The following list of clothing is unacceptable: Tee shirts, athletic wear, sport tanks, sheer fabric, cutoff shorts, and swimming attire. Men and women are expected to remove sports hats in the dining room but may wear them in the lounge with bill forward.
